What can you expect?

At Club Vido Asperen, you’ll enjoy all the elements that make for a great workout experience:

The fitness area is spacious, functional, and equipped with a variety of strength and cardio machines. Everything is laid out logically, so you can easily follow your own routine—whether you’re training on your own or following a program.

✔ A coach is always on the floor

During opening hours, a fitness coach is always on the floor starting at 8:30 a.m. Do you have a question, are you unsure about your form, or do you just want to run something by us? We’re right there to help you figure it out.

✔ Personalized workout plans via the Virtuagym app

Through the Virtuagym app, you’ll have access to your personal training plans, videos, and progress. Everything is in one easy-to-use app, so you can stay motivated even when you’re away from the gym and keep your goals in focus.

✔ Tanita body composition analysis

Want to understand your body composition? Our Tanita scale measures your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and fluid balance, among other things. This lets you objectively track your progress and make adjustments as needed.

Want more guidance, structure, and personal attention? Then the Personal Coaching add-on (+0.99 per week) is for you. You’ll get:
