Membership is established upon Club Vido’s acceptance of the registration form used by the club.
Membership is valid for a period of 12 weeks, 26 weeks, or 52 weeks, depending on the selected subscription term, and is automatically renewed by default.
A temporary suspension of membership is possible with an annual subscription. Members with a shorter subscription may convert their membership to an annual subscription free of charge if they wish to take advantage of a temporary suspension. A temporary suspension is valid for up to half a year.
Unless canceled in a timely manner, the membership is automatically renewed. Cancellation is only possible in writing. The notice period is 30 days.
The 14-day pass is a temporary access pass that allows the user to use Club Vido’s facilities for 14 consecutive days. The 14-day pass automatically converts to the selected membership plan unless the user cancels in writing no later than the last day of the trial period. If cancellation is not received in a timely manner, the regular membership plan will begin, and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will apply. The 14-day pass is available exclusively to individuals residing within a 15-kilometer radius of the relevant Club Vido location. Club Vido reserves the right to verify the user’s place of residence by means of a valid form of identification and/or a recent proof of address.
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Membership entitles the member to use the facilities included in the subscription, subject to the applicable opening hours.
Misconduct by the member, including non-payment, entitles Club Vido to deny the member access. In such cases, compensation is also excluded.
Membership dues are paid in advance via direct debit. Other payment methods may be discussed, but they will incur additional costs for the member.
For the duration of a current membership, the membership fee is not subject to change, unless the increase results from a change in the VAT rate and/or annual indexation.
The registration fee is €25.
Members use the facilities at their own risk. Except in cases where Club Vido is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence, Club Vido cannot be held liable for any harmful consequences of injuries that a member may sustain while using their membership.
Nor is Club Vido liable for damage to or theft of the member’s property while the member is using their membership.
Club Vido enforces house rules at its facility, which include regular operating hours. These house rules are part of the membership agreement and are displayed in an easily accessible manner at the facility. The member agrees to comply with these house rules.
The fitness area is open to individuals aged 14 and older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Club Vido may make changes to the facilities, class schedules, programs, and hours of operation at any time. Such changes will be announced at least 4 weeks in advance.
Each member is expected to be aware that his or her personal data will be included in Club Vido’s records. However, Club Vido undertakes not to disclose this data to third parties, except where required to do so by law.
When a (potential) member uses the “Call Me Back” form, the personal data provided will be used exclusively to contact the member regarding Club Vido’s membership or services. The data will be processed carefully and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless Club Vido is legally required to do so. Lead data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months, unless deletion is requested earlier.
All members should be aware that Club Vido uses video surveillance at its facility.
